Our sleep blend is designed to help you feel calm and tranquil. It is ideal when applied at night, transporting you into a blissful night’s sleep. The beautiful mix of oils calms your emotions and gives you a sense of serenity, allowing you to let go of the day’s tensions and cares, bringing a sense of wellbeing and all is well in your world. This is a must-have for those who struggle to relax at night and can be used in a variety of ways.
Sweet, herbaceous, powdery.
Dilute with a carrier oil, such as Jojoba, always use between 1-2% maximum of essential oils to 98-99% carrier oil. An example is 20ml of Jojoba should have no more than four drops for 1% and eight drops for 2%. Never use 2% on the elderly or children. All children under three months should never have essential oils used on their skin.
Can be applied once diluted on the wrists and neck which aids in feeling calm and relaxed.
Can be used in an Aroma Diffuser, place water in the unit and then the required amount of drops, try 8-10, if you prefer a bit stronger add more, but use a lower amount first as you can always add, but not take away.
Can be used in therapeutic situations and if you are inexperienced with Essential Oils consult an Aromatherapist.
There are four main ways to inhale essential oils:
+Inhaling directly: Add a few drops of essential oil to a tissue and gently breathe in, holding the tissue near the face. Be careful not to get essential oil directly on the skin, as it can irritate. Always dilute as described above.
+Inhaling steam: Add a few drops of essential oil to a bowl of boiling water and inhale the steam. Placing a towel over the head can create a steam chamber.
+Using a diffuser: Essential oil diffusers disperse the oil into the air. This is a gentle way to inhale essential oils continuously while at home.
+Adding to a bath: Add a few drops of essential oil to a bath and gently inhale while soaking.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a physical illness, always consult your treating Dr, therapist, or specialist. Avoid eye contact, inner ears, and any sensitive areas. Skin application does increase UV sensitivity, so please avoid the full sun for 12 hours if applied to exposed areas.
