Whilst we love our essential oils, it is worth mentioning that all oils should be diluted and used with caution. They are potent and can have some potential side effects. If you do have specific health conditions, are pregnant or currently taking medication, always consult your healthcare practitioner for advice. Never ingest oils without consultation and always use oils for their proper intended purposes.

We love essential oils and advise people to consult before use.

We always dilute oils in our products, and we are always happy to answer your questions regarding their safe use.

Always remember that essential oils are extracted from the essence of a plant, tree, shrub or flower, and they are called essential oils because they contain the ‘essence’ of the plant, not because they are essential for good health and wellbeing. Essential oils are listed as chemicals with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, so always be aware that essential oils contain active constituents.

Until next time, enjoy your essential oils in moderation and with caution and remember to reach out if you have any questions.

Many blessings
